What is the difference between cafe mount and gallery wrap canvas?
Cafe Mount is printed on matte velvet archival paper and mounted onto a 3/4 inch standout mount board. Gallery Wrap Canvas is printed on canvas and wrapped around a 1 1/2 inch wood frame. Here's a side view of each style.
What is the best way to hang Cafe Mount prints?
We recommend 3m Command Strips! No nail holes:)
Can I hang a Gallery Wrap Canvas print with the 3M command strips?
No, the Gallery Wraps are finished with a wire hanger.
Which style do you prefer? oh wow that's like asking which kid I like the best or which rollercoaster is my favorite or what kind of ice cream do you like? I LOVE them both!! I love the easiness of the 12x12 cafe mount to display on a shelf or mantle with a group of photos or hang up quickly. And if you have space for 20x20 size or bigger then a gallery wrap is what I would pick!

Can I make a change to my order?
All orders are processed immediately. We're so sorry, but we cannot accept any changes to orders once they are placed. Please ensure your order is completed as desired before you send it in.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.
How soon can I get my order?
All prints are made to order. Please allow 7 business days for Cafe Mounts and 10 business days for Gallery Wrap Canvases + shipping time. Greeting cards and candles are shipped within 3 business days. Oftentimes, we can get them to you much quicker than this:) However, this is our standard turnaround time.
Of course - if you need it right away - please email ashley@redletterwords.com and we'll do our best for you!
Do you ship to other countries?
Yes! Shipping prices listed are for USA, United Kingdom, Australia and Canada destinations only. We do ship all over the world. Please email Ashley@redletterwords.com what you would like to order and she will get a shipping quote if you are outside the countries listed above.
Can I request expedited shipping?
Yes, if you need an order on a deadline, please indicate in the "note to seller" section when ordering. We will email an expedited shipping quote per your request. Once approved, we will invoice the extra via paypal.
How will my order be shipped?
We ship by United States Postal Service for all prints sized under 20x20. For 20x20 size and larger we ship UPS. If you order multiple prints, and products, your packages may be shipped separately. You can also log in and check your account status for your package tracking #'s.
How do I return/exchange an item?
Your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, simply email info@redletterwords.com for the return shipping address, send it back in its original packaging (return shipping is your responsibility) and we will refund your money or exchange your print.
Can I track my print once it is purchased?
Yes! you can log into your account and retrieve the tracking information once we have shipped your order.
Can I get a gift certifcate?
Unfortunately we do not offer gift certificates at this time. Hopefully very soon!
If I have a special request where can I give you a message regarding my order?
Please provide any special instructions in the “note to seller” section when ordering.

RedLetterWords respects the privacy of all our customers. No information about our customers will be shared with any third party except in the case of shipping carriers that will deliver purchases.
